Anyone know any safe weight loss supplements?

I want to know if anyone knows any safe effective weight loss supplements that aren’t too expensive. If possible ones that you could get at a store such as Walgreen’s. However, i want to make sure they are safe and will not do any serious harm to me. If anyone knows any, your help would be greatly appreciated. =]

    crevax is a non prescription too and it’s doesn’t have any side effects. i slimmed down with it.
